After we completed CEPA registration for a manufacturing company based in Saif Zone with Ministry of Economy, client asked the next question: “Can you get us registered for the Arab League?” When we said we hadn’t heard of it yet, client asked us to learn about it and do it for them.

Arab League registration for a UAE company is likely to obtain a Certificate of Origin for exports. The purpose of the Certificate of Origin is to verify that your products were manufactured in UAE when exporting goods to Arab League countries.
This certificate can provide benefits such as smoother customs clearance in the importing country and potential preferential treatments or reduced tariffs under trade agreements between UAE and Arab League nations.
How to Obtain the Certificate of Origin:
1. Factory Registration: Your manufacturing facility must be registered with UAE Ministry of Economy.
2. Applying for the Certificate: Apply for “Issue Certificate of Origin for Arab League.”
